JM Tools Ltd was formed in 1983 by current owner and Managing Director, John Milne. The purpose of the business was to provide the booming local manufacturing industry a solution to their specialist tooling requirements and regrinding of existing tooling. JMT soon became a one stop shop for new cutters and regular regrinding of stock cutters, offering competitive prices, fast turnaround and a quality product.

 

Great relationships were built up with local manufacturing companies and JMT soon earnt a desirable reputation which has since spread nationally. We offer a weekly collection and delivery service for those customers surrounding us, however we are able to provide transport if required further afield.

 

Over the years, our continuous improvement policy, has led us to invest in state of the art 5 axis CNC Machines. By doing so we are now able to offer more complex designs and able to manufacture and regrind higher volumes with a faster turnaround. We offer a complete design and manufacturing service using our small, but highly skilled team of engineers. We are constantly improving our systems and products to keep in line with our ISO 9001:2015 approval.

 

We pride ourselves in fast delivery, and in most cases, are able to offer delivery of an urgent order within 24 hours of order acceptance.

 

Looking forward, we have exciting times ahead. With more modernisation and investment, we intend to maintain on top of our game. We look forward to developing new products and working with new and existing customers to solve any machining problems they may have.
